INSTRUCTIONS: SHAKE RIGOROUSLY. Start with 5 pumps squirted under the tongue in the mornings and at bedtime. Hold for 1-2 full minutes, then swallow. After 3-6 days, you may choose to increase or decrease the dosage until you reach desired effects.
